I am take 200 ml alcohol at night regularly from last 25 years now I am like to away from alcohol but the problem is sleeplessness how can I get rid of in no time I am asked to pharmacy's for alprazolam 0.25 mg but they want prescription so. please prescribed any medicine which I will take without prescription please sir help me.
