If it hasn't erupted till now, there are chances that it'll never erupt fully and will keep causing the symptoms in future also. You could wait for ...more

Hello lybrate-user, first I want to congratulate. Actually third trimester of pregnancy is safe period for treatment. If it is painful for you then go for removal of your wisdom tooth. For temporary relief you can rinse with warm water by adding salt in it. But it is only for temporary relief.

If the wisdom tooth has erupted fully and in a proper position then we can save it by dental cement filling.
If the cavity is deep and near or into the pulp then we can save it by root canal treatment.
Ideally we should save natural tooth structure if its fits in above criterias.
If the wisdom teeth has erupted in a such way that it's disturbing other tooth structures and we don't have any option left for saving it then only you should go for removal.

It's because of musle spasm. Don't try to open your mouth suddenly and fully.
Try to open gradually and do it as many times as you can in a day.
Keep bundles of wooden ice cream sticks between upper and lower teeth for 5-10 mins and gradually increase the number of sticks day by day.
Do this exercise till desired mouth opening is achieved.

Dear.
This is very unfortunate that your RCT was not properly done. When root canal treatment works, it is a great treatment–a great way to save your tooth. However, in about 5% to 15% of the cases, a root canal or endodontic treatment will have failed.
Right now your doctor is killing infection and bacteria using antibiotics and allowing it to become infection free before sealing it again. It is the only way left. Just get an xray done again to see if there is any extra canal that need ...more
