You have to eat for your hunger. Even if you take less food, make sure the food is rich in micronutrients like vitamins and minerals. You should take adequate protein and healthy fat to get healthy baby Eat lentils, legumes and a handful of nuts everyday Fish is good for you Avoid sugars Eat at least 2 fruits and 2 veggies everyday.

Avoid intake of oil fried food. Consume fruits and raw vegetables on large quantities. Walk daily for one hour. Keep yourself engaged. For hypothyroidism, take thyroxine supplement in required dose everyday morning on empty stomach, as prescribed dose by your doctor for lifelong. This will keep you fit.
