I really appreciate your decision of trying to lose weight under the guidance of a dietitian instead of relying on google.
In that case I advise you to look for a qualified dietitian who will not only guide you on how to lose extra kilos but also make sure the diet does not have any long term detrimental effects on your health.
If you wish you can also contact me through Lybrate .i will be happy to help you.
Take care.
