You were a wrestler before. When you stop your heavy intense physical activity, you tend to put on weight gradually. Get back into your physical activity and change your diet. Stop eating refined food and sugars. Eat adequate protein rich foods like lentils and legumes. Include nuts in your diet.

Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

Take in morning warm water with lemon drops for detoxification. After that 4-5 almonds in empty stomach. Take 5-6 small meals in a day.
Include high protein food and fiber rich food items.
Pulses, skimmed milk to be include in diet. If you are non vegetarian you can take egg white and chicken (Boiled ,steamed, grilled).
Take 4-5 ltr water in a day.
