The product mentioned may be useful in building body mass, but I may not sure whether it is fat increase or muscle mass. Protein supplement is useful to build muscle mass if one does regular exercise plus specific ones to build certain specific muscles. Just taking such a preparation will only increase weight, which is invariably fat. Plus please look at the composition of that powder, that is how much carbs and fat it has. Thanks.

This could be reactionary inflammatory swelling. Please take sitz bath twice daily for 5 days. If it reduces then its fine. If it persists then you should visit an ano rectal specialist. For further support you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.

Hello user! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily.
