Only supplements will not help.
You need to have a balanced diet and include food like eggs, milk, high protien diet, sprouts, vegetables, etc.
You should also have a workout session f 1 hr it can either be Yoga, physical exercise, jogging or gyming it will help you to have a tonned body.

Hi Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
The product mentioned may be useful in building body mass, but I may not sure whether it is fat increase or muscle mass. Protein supplement is useful to build muscle mass if one does regular exercise plus specific ones to build certain specific muscles. Just taking such a preparation will only increase weight, which is invariably fat. Plus please look at the composition of that powder, that is how much carbs and fat it has. Thanks.

To gain body mass you should - 1). Do 30 mins of body weight exercise in the morning. 2). Eat energy dense foods like milk, butter, ghee, curd, panner; starchy food like rice, potatoes and bananas. Slowly you will start gaining weight. All the best.

Hello user! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily.
