Taking any type of medication/pills/supplements is not advisable.
Hello, losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet...more

Dear, by doing exercise daily and taking balanced diet will help you to lower down your weight. Take diet rich in complex carbohydrates and full of fibre. Take all micronutrients and macronutrients in good proportions. Totally cut off junk food, fried foods and extra sweets.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
