You are having acute conjunctivitis of both due to some infection of the eyes thereby you may be having headeche and corrhyza. Which may be allergic in nature. Take a tab paracetamol or calpol and a tab of cetrezine as and when required. Put some antibiotic eye drop like cipflox eye drop thrice daily maintain the personal hygiene of eyes it should be alright.
