Lot of symptoms r due to d deficiency
the therapy is by who.
Calcijointd3 one sachet/tab ine per week for eight weeks than one per month for six months.
Add butter milk and curd, salad before lunch n dinner, seasonal fruits.

It usually takes 2-3 months for vitamin d levels to come back to normal if the appropriate supplements have been given. If not, it is important to find out what is causing the vitamin deficiency.

First need to find out the low levels of vitamin d and high alk. Ph.
Then will be able to suggest right solution.
Diet alone may not be sufficient.

Taking too much vitamin d3 can cause increased calcium in your blood leading to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, frequent passing of urine etc. If you develop any of the above symptoms you should visit a physician without any delay.
