For males we recommend weekly vitamin d for 6-8 weeks
then monthly for life long. For vitamin b12 take lot of salad before each meal and fruits in between meals

You may take vit d sachets/tablets containing 60000 units of vit d3 each. Take it once weekly for atleast 8-10 weeks. Calcium may also be supplemented.

Hello. Yes he can take vit d3 with combo of minerals and other nutrients. Ask him to take some sunlight for 20 mins daily if possible. It will helps a lot. If pain occurs more. Then tak med nucoxia 90 mg od for 7 days and some gel like volini topically. Do give some healthy diet source like almonds or wallnuts kind of nuts and pulses with rich source of proteins. Warning he daily requirement for vit. D3 in body is 600iu only for an adult unless your are suffering from vit. D deficiency which can be diagnosed by a blood test only so now you can do the maths. Vit. D if taken in excess can be severely toxic and might even damage your kidneys and bones. So think before you pop any capsule in the name of building immunity.

1. Stop consuming vitd3 and calcium tablets and foods rich in these-cheese, fish, eggs, dairy products, dark green vegetables. 2. Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated
3. Stay out of sun as much as possible
