Taking too much vitamin d3 can cause increased calcium in your blood leading to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, frequent passing of urine etc. If you develop any of the above symptoms you should visit a physician without any delay. Place each dose on the tongue, allow it to dissolve completely, and then swallow it with saliva or water. You do not need to take this medication with water.
