I think the way you are taking food is very wrong. First make thiz rule in life never skip breakfast bcz in night when your body sleeps all our organs are working. And we have long hour fasting in night. So mrng bf is must to give petrol to our body. All your problems started from here only. Dear user, ferrous fumarate has to be taken on an empty stomach for best absorption but if you have any gastric issues you can take it after food. The b complex and vit c capsules can be taken after a meal. Hello, it's very very low. Tab not going to fulfill it. Injection advisable. Only five. Than oral for maintenance.
Inj neurobion forte one every alternate day for ten days. Means
10 days= five injection
intramuscular in gluteal reason (hip)
followed by
neurokind od one at night or one month after dinner.
Use of green vegetable, seasonal fruit, is very important.
Lemon, citrus fruits r good.
