many of the conditions you are facing could be due to the cervical lordosis. However, this can be checked. Normally, exercises and physiotherapy along with pain medication should have helped you.
Could you share your reports? Any blood tests that have been done? If not, based on your symptoms, please get a mantoux test done and a cbc at least. We must rule out tuberculosis as you mentioned you have fever since a long time.

Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Vertigo as the sole symptom is found only in cases of bppv (benign postural paroxsymal vertigo. Usualy it is associated with other symptoms like hearing loss or tinnitus when it is called peripheral vertigo or with headache as in central vertigo, migraine.please consult a good ent specialist so that a diagnosis is arrived at, after which proper medication/maneuvures may be done.

Get bp and eye sight checked, x ray pns, thyroid hormones t3 t4 tsh
1.sleep.go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration
5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts
6.avoid .stress,
7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food
8. Keep your routine fixed and regular

Get your bp, thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Bppv can be treated by few positional exercises under experts guidance. Other ear problems have to be ruled out. Bppv is an inner ear disease associated with balance.
