Dear lybrate-user,----as you had a diagnosis of meiniere's disease----- first you have to understand the disease and accept it ------it is an inner ear disorder believed to be caused by cnanges in the fluid of vestibulocochlear apparatus with 3 semicircular calals that creates the sense of balance and is in inner ear.---this causes episodes of vertigo----this can be controlled with medicines ---but cann't be cured. Dear lybrate-user, positional vertigo is not a side effect of levesam. Instead it is a disease itself bppv. The drug vertin only acts when their is associated vestibular rehabilitation excercises and then treated with integrated balance therapy provided their is no bppv.in bppv treatment is by particle repositioning maneuvures and there is no role of madication. 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime.
