Do check whether you have any medical problem or not!
start doing some of exercise like walk or spot jump.
Include protein food as well.
Dairy products will help you to increase weight

It's fine to have juices after a strenuous activity or if energy levels are low.
Although it's always better to have a whole fruit or vegetable on a daily basis because it retains most of the fiber.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello, eat green leafy vegetables, colourful fruits. Eat dry fruits especially walnuts.
Drink 10 ml amla juice twice daily.
