Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

• Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

Hi, Your diet does not mean only eating veggies try making them in to juice or purãe them to add on as a gravy or a spread in your bread chappati or even as a soup or saar with rice or noodles.

U must create demand in your body by commitment of exercise.
Then every food eggs, dairy products, seeds of jack fruit, coconut, light diet at night/dinner and heavy breakfast is key to boost muscle mass.
Can you be on v call or p consult. So I can track out by your not putting on is there any thyroid issue or something else.

Consume vit d rich food eg fish, codliver oil, meat liver, egg yolk, mushrooms, cheese.
Daily exposure to the sunlight for 30 min is essential.
If severe deficiency, u may need vit d suppliments .hope this helps u.
