Food has 3 components - carbohydrates - eg potato, rice, sugar protien eg milk, pulses, eggs, meat fats eg oil butter if you want increase in weight. Take more of protiens & fats.

U must create demand in your body by commitment of exercise. Then every food eggs, dairy products, seeds of jack fruit, coconut, light diet at night/dinner and heavy breakfast is key to boost muscle mass. Can you be on v call or p consult. So I can track out by your not putting on is there any thyroid issue or something else.
