I think you should go for proper homeopathic treatment which can reduce the size of your myoma, your age is 41 and approaching towards your menopause, so if it's reducing then continue the treatment, that will be better, otherwise go for laparascopic myomectomy.

Theoritically no need to treat asymptomatic but theory not important each case needs to be evaluated individually.
This size can be removed laproscopically depending on experience of laproscopic surgeon.

Just presence of fibroid does not mean need for surgery.
Examining Gynecologist will confirm depending on sites of fibroids and other complaints whether you need surgery or not.
If surgery is advised yes, can be done with Laproscopy
