I am 41 yrs. Having multiple fibroids largest measuring 7 cm. Having 2kids. Mirema inserted in 2019, due to which heavy bleeding have got minimised. Gall bladder surgery also dione in 2017pls advise whether I should go for laparoscopic hysterectomy or mymcytiney or should wait for some time and ake medicines to reduce the size before menopause.
