Hello doctor. I am 36 years of old. Divorced with no children. I was having fibroids measuring 55*53 mm. Heavy periods for almost 6 days hence I underwent laparoscopic myectomy on 30th september following which I was given lupride injection on 12 th october. I got my periods on 20th october which was too heavy, again I got my periods on 20th november which was again too heavy like before ,also my ultrasound report is showing bulky uterus. This month I haven't got my periods but I getting hot flushes and also suffocation and vomiting like feeling. Also can anyone suggest me when can I practice kapalbharti. Also suggest me some medicines or food to control this issue.
