3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

They are s seen in concentratef urine. So please take plenty of liquids. Including lemonade, if diabitic without sugar colour will become light, citralka liquids 10 ml three times a day after food in half glass of water. Ph changed, calcium oxalate crystal disappear. As such no harm if ph changed, calcium oxalate crystal seen they are coming out otherwise they form stone.
