For weight gain increase your calories intake.take 5 to 6 small meals in a day ..balancing your macros and micros..if you take morning and evening tea replace it with banana shake adding some nuts to it,add milk to your diet,add whole grain food avoid eating refined foods, add lentils and legumes to your diet,add more of fruits and vegetables to your diet..avoid fried food, avoid soda drinks..replace white rice to brown rice..add eggs to your diet ..

Dear Lybratepatient, thanks for posting this question. I would like to know more about yourself, like is there recent loss of wieght, is everybody in your family is also thin like you or is there any medical issue giong on, or r you eating adequately any exercise you r doing. Based on your answers I could suggest you some remedies. I would recommend you to focus on a balanced diet till you answer me the details asked.

no need to worry
as your age 19 so at this age it's normal
second you can increase your calorie intake with good source of protein and less fat with good sleep for at least 6 month and keep yourself active with everyday.
You can start protinex 4 scoops with 250 ml milk for 3 month in evening snacks .will get result.

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
