Take why protein .Add banana smoothies in your diet with nuts and seeds. avacado is also good fr you. Do proper exercise. Take balance diet.

Take cow's milk in night.Use cow's ghee in cooking. Use ghee which is liquid in consistency as it is safer for heart and blood vessels. Avoid solid ghee. Do stretching exercises, deep breathing exercises inside your residence
