I am 24 year old female. Height of 5'5" and 45 kgs. I am not gaining weight as I am not following a good diet. What are the exercises and diet I should follow in order to gain weight. Also my frame is thin.

Take cow's milk in night.Use cow's ghee in cooking. Use ghee which is liquid in consistency as it is safer for heart and blood vessels. Avoid solid ghee. Do stretching exercises, deep breathing exercises inside your residence
