Weak or damaged valves can lead to varicose veins. Arteries carry blood from your heart to the rest of your tissues, and veins return blood from the rest of your body to your heart, so the blood can be recirculated. To return blood to your heart, the veins in your legs must work against gravity.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello-
bilateral varicocele is associated with significant reduction in testicular function with significant increase in serum levels of fsh and lh, which may cause erectile dysfunction and male infertility. And surgery is not an ideal treatment for it as it has recurrence and it docent stops the ongoing pathogenesis. Better to switch to ayurveda.

One does not expect to develop bulging, varicose veins at a young age. But if you think it can't happen, think again. It is a myth that varicose veins are reserved for an older age; while the risk increases after age 50, young adults can develop varicose veins, too.

The idea of bleeding must be there at first intercourse etc. Is unnecessarily highlighted. Meet gynecologist to understand all.

Get your semen analysis done. If semen is normal and you don't have any pain or discomfort because of varicocele, you may leave it alone. All types of varicoceles do not need surgery. Surgery is required only if it interferes with your sexual pleasure, there is some pain or discomfort, or for your sperm count is less. Good luck.
