Hello Sadeer,
The best way to recover the deficiencies in your body is through foods. Pulses and fish are the best sources of proteins. You need to eat a proper sumptuous diet. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. For calcium, the richest source of calcium are Ragi millet and milk. If you incorporate the right things in your diet, your deficiencies can be over come by diet alone and you will not require any supplements.

A dry, flaky scalp can be the result of a number of conditions. Psoriasis, eczema, poor nutrition, dehydration and too much shampoo are just a few of factors that contribute to poor scalp health. By making some simple changes, or adding home remedy or two, you can take your scalp from parched and irritated to smooth and soft with a headful of healthy hair.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Juicing is not any healthier than eating whole fruits and vegetables. When a whole fruit is pressed or squeezed to make juice, some of the nutrients, most notably fiber and the water-soluble vitamins, are lost in the process. While 100% fruit juice is not completely devoid of nutrients, it is undoubtedly less nutrient dense than the whole fruit that it came from. so It's probably better to just grab a fruit than juice, to get maximum benefits .
