Lime (चूना) is the best source of calcium. A pinch of it (गेहूं के दाने जितना) taken with milk or curd is wonderful. To b taken for 2-3 months.

It's a parasite and transmitted through mosquito bites and leads to lymph nodes enlargement and drainage of lymphatic fluid leading to excess collection of lymphatic fluid, specially in the legs and irreversible changes looking like legs of elephants. Reason for calling the disease, elephantiasis cure for the disease is total though cosmetic changes remain for life.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take a high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise.
3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods, junk foods etc fatty. 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm.

Sleep well for at least 8 hours a day, drink plain water 250 ml 2 hourly, don't smoke, daily 2 fruits, exercise 45 min per day than you looks younger than your age.
