You might have a cavity in the adjacent tooth .. kindly get an xray done of that region ... to verify any other problem ...you can use a sensitivity paste like senquel f paste over the area having sensitivity ..if it doesn't stop .. kindly let me know ..

According to my experience of its not going with sensitive paste then we have to further look for the probable causes. Get an x-ray and get it thoroughly checked with the dentist.

In my opinion, you should get root canal treatment of the tooth done where there is extreme sensitivity, no toothpaste is going to help in these conditions.
