Thanks for your query. The sensitivity in the teeth can be because of decay, abrasion, attrition or receded gums. So we need to confirm the diagnosis later it can be treated accordingly. Till then you can use desensitising tooth paste like sensoform.
Take care.

Hello,
sensitivity and decrease in gum size could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. You can also go for bleaching or whitening. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.

Sir toothache cannot be cured by just using some toothpastes. You must visit a dentist and find out the cause for the pain. Pain means infection. So the infection in the tooth must be removed only then the pain will stop. By just applying some items on the tooth it will not go. So please visit a dentist without fail.

Hello, you can use any sensitive toothpaste to relieve sensitivity. Get it checked from a dentist, if there are any open dentinal tubules get it covered.

Hi lybrate-user,
brother you definitely have a problem in your root canal treatment, probably there is some canal that has been missed or there is some pulp tissue left in canal.
I would recommend you to get re rct done to save the tooth or otherwise you can just get it removed.
