Sir toothache cannot be cured by just using some toothpastes. You must visit a dentist and find out the cause for the pain. Pain means infection. So the infection in the tooth must be removed only then the pain will stop. By just applying some items on the tooth it will not go. So please visit a dentist without fail.

Hi lybrate-user,
brother you definitely have a problem in your root canal treatment, probably there is some canal that has been missed or there is some pulp tissue left in canal.
I would recommend you to get re rct done to save the tooth or otherwise you can just get it removed.

There is absolutely no need to have any fear.
Dental Treatment are painless nowadays.
In your case firstly clinical evaluation is a must to differentiate whether you have Decay there or just the space which can be filled using Composites.
So kindly go for proper consultation and plan accordingly.
