ye aaj k dino mein bohot hi common problem hain. Muh mein jageh kaam hone ki wajah se, daant ko jaha se jageh milta hain, wo waha se nikal jate hain, jiske waje se daant tedhe medhe dikhte hain. Tedhe medhe daanto ka ilaz hain braces. Meri salah yehi hogi ki, apne najdeki dentist ko ja kar dikaye.

The purpose of tooth filling is to fill up any kind of cavity. So yes filling is safe even for a severely decayed tooth. But if the cavity reaches the pulp chamber the treatment modality will change, at that moment root canal treatment is done.

Hi first get an iopa x-ray of decayed teeth done if decay is deep go for RCT followed by crown and if decay in not below dentin go for composite filling

gum recession can be due various reasons. Mostly it is due to deposits form on your teeth. These deposits need to be cleaned manually no ointment or medicine will help without cleaning. Only till certain stage it is reversible, if gum recession reaches to advanced stage it becomes irreversible even surgery will not be able to restore it completely. You may need medicated pack, currettage & irrigation of the extracted site by a dentist. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.
