Hello lybrate-user,
ye aaj k dino mein bohot hi common problem hain. Muh mein jageh kaam hone ki wajah se, daant ko jaha se jageh milta hain, wo waha se nikal jate hain, jiske waje se daant tedhe medhe dikhte hain. Tedhe medhe daanto ka ilaz hain braces. Meri salah yehi hogi ki, apne najdeki dentist ko ja kar dikaye.

Hi lybrate-user,
gum recession can be due various reasons. Mostly it is due to deposits form on your teeth. These deposits need to be cleaned manually no ointment or medicine will help without cleaning. Only till certain stage it is reversible, if gum recession reaches to advanced stage it becomes irreversible even surgery will not be able to restore it completely. My advise for you that don't waste your time in home remedies. Take proper treatment from a dentist along with that you continue...more

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment (need to look for any residual tooth left behind after tooth removal). You may need medicated pack, currettage & irrigation of the extracted site by a dentist. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.
