now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. If the cavity have not reached the nerve level
if there is no infection at the base of tooth
if there is no swelling, fever
then after removing all the carious part, dentist will check while working. If it is not deep then dentist can fill it up .and tooth can be treated without root canal.
