Nothing to worry you have done good things that you have consulted oncologist and gone for u/s of scrotal region, seems every thing is ok. Even then if you have any doubt you should go for a very simple test to rule out any malignancy (cancer):
fnac from swelling in groin. (fine needle aspiration cytology)

First of all, try to avoid testosterone supplement, not only from testicular cancer point of view but also to avoid problems in fertility and other health issues (like liver diseases etc). Secondly, after operation, during ejaculation, it is common to feel some'peculiar sensation" in operation area- if it is not paining, then no need to worry.

Hello-
you might be suffering from retractile testicle. It is a testicle that may move back and forth between the scrotum and the groin. When the retractile testicle is residing in the groin, it might be easily guided by hand into its proper position in the scrotum the bag of skin hanging behind the penis during a physical exam.

My dad is dealing with prostate cancer and metastatic i.e. Spread to bones. He is heart and diabetic patient as well. He had undergone surgery to remove testicles almost year back. Psa test shown low reading - 0.140 after surgery but start increasing gradually since then. Now psa stands at 18 and just had 2nd pet scan. Doctor compared both pet scans (6 months gap) before and after surgery and did not alarm anything new. No bone pain as such currently. Based on doctor prescription he stated zoledronic acid injection on monthly basis. 2 injections so far. He currently takes bicalutamide (50 mg) along with other calcium and vitamin d supplement here are the 2 major issues I need help1. After zoledronic acid injection. He got light fever for a week and nausea. His psa score was very low after surgery but gradually increasing in recent months now 18. He is taking bicalutamide (50 mg) (1 tablet daily) since november 2022. What are treatment options to treat the rising psa. I can share the pet scan and other reports. I am looking for a senior doctor opinion and follow up appointment. No homeopathic doctors please.

Cancer staging needs to do first. Different treatments / approaches are available for different stages. Psa will stop increasing only if we are able to treat the cancer or stop the cancer growth. Zoledronic acid & bicalutamide have limited role. Pet scans. Other reports & most imp patient s clinical condition will decide further treatment.

Is it ok when a patient who have taken chemotherapy in between shift to homeopathy.- no.
Shift means stopping chemo and that is not good.
Consequences of leaving it untreated- differs from patient to patient.

Hello-
retractile testis can be cured by ayurveda, so better switch now. Ayurveda meds improves the muscular strength of cremaster muscle (the muscle of the spermatic cord, by which the testicle can be partially raised) which helps the patients, specially when modern treatment in not effective.

Hello-
hypogonadism is a condition that occurs when the body's sex glands, the testes for males and ovaries for females, produce little or no hormones. For males with hypogonadism, low testosterone can affect the development and maintenance of male reproductive organs, including the testes, penis and prostate. In fact, low testosterone levels can lead to issues like reduced muscle strength, hair loss and impotence.
In ayurveda, hypogonadism usually presents as shandhatva or napunsakta. I...more

Yes. The Pap smear is indicative of infection for which antibiotic has been prescribed. Better get a repeat one after 6 months to confirm it is resolved.
