Doctor I was married in 2014. My husband and I were leading a decent life. I was a little unhappy with my husband because he was not sexually compatible. He never spoke to me openly regarding sexual matters. We fought various times due to this reason. But gradually I got adjusted myself and everything went well. Then in 2018 a married man named atul came in my life he lured me with all those things which I expected from my husband. We came into a relationship and were physically bonded. He lured me to marry me he came to my house and told my husband that we loved each other. After a lot of problems and heartbreaks I applied for mutual divorce with my husband and its yet going on final date is on 8 july. Atul also applied for divorce from his wife. We both had covid this 20th april and after that now he is saying to me that he can not live without his previous life. He says his wife was better than me. He can not leave his parents and his previous life. And if he marries me he will not be happy. He earlier told me lies that his wife was not lovable just to trap me and when he succeeded in ruining my life now he is saying me all these things. My life has been destroyed. I am running through a divorce. I do not know what to do. I had also aborted one of his child. I can not live without him. I am all depressed and clueless. Please help me.

You look like you are in a serious mess and on medication. I suggest that you meet with a marriage counselor and have some therapy for both of you. Even if he does not come, you must go for some help for yourself. Relying on medication alone is not enough. There is no point of loving him if it is not reciprocated and for that there must be some external help. Marital issues can be quite complicated and needs professional help. There are too many details which the counselor will get to know and t...more

As per your description, you might get relief with biologics, however that is a costly treatment. In that case you can go to govt hospitals and ask for help from charitable trusts or pm funds or cm funds. There is one cheap drug available but its toxicity profile is high, so it had to be used very cautiously. I hope you find your way to pain free life.

You r b27 positive but do you have any stiffness in back. If not then good. My suggestion to you will be do daily back cervical hip exercise so they are flexible (see a physiotherapist doctor). In hla b27 exercise only helps to slow down the illness. Ayurvedic medicine I have no experience so can't comment, also I have come across no ayurvedic doctor claiming to cure you completely in hla b27
in case your condition worsens then see an orthopedic consultant near you to help you better.

Hi lybrate-user, ankylosing spondylitis is unfortunately a disease which is disabling if not controlled. However,if well controlled you can have a normal and healthy life. Answering your question, all nsaids have potential side effects and unfortunately you cannot take them all your life without any side effects. There are new treatments which are alternatives to nsaids. Do get in touch do discuss your symptoms further so that I can help.
