Hello, Thanks for the query.
HbA1c% 6.6 is showing presence of diabetes and TSH 6.79 mU/L, shows sub-clinical hypothyroidism. For diabetes there is a need for treatment with proper drugs, diet control and exercise. For subclinical hypothyroidism there is usually no treatment advocated, unless there are some troublesome symptoms of that condition. If you have any doubts please do comeback. Thanks.

You need to take antidiabetic drugs if your blood sugar levels are very high like more than 250. Take diabetic diet according to diabetic diet chart and do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily in morning or evening. Reduce your weight atleast 5 kg. All these will help controlling blood sugar.

Balance out your indulgence with extra exercise. However self control is the best solution. If you are unable to do so you may need to start medication.

Mr Robin, Thanks for the query.
Your fasting glucose is fairly high, the reason could be the night time intake. Based on the given information it is difficult to give any clear suggestion or opinion. Please come back with following details : weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise & HbA1c%. After going through those details I will be able to comment. Thanks.
