Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Mr Somnath, There are a few things you can do :
1) Diet control has to be very strict, total intake has to be regulated so that exact caloric need is met, and no extra food is taken in.
2) Patient has to exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walking is best.
3) Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid sweetened aerated drinks, fruit juices(packed), ghee, butter and high fat cheese.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
HbA1c% 6.6 is showing presence of diabetes and TSH 6.79 mU/L, shows sub-clinical hypothyroidism. For diabetes there is a need for treatment with proper drugs, diet control and exercise. For subclinical hypothyroidism there is usually no treatment advocated, unless there are some troublesome symptoms of that condition. If you have any doubts please do comeback. Thanks.

You need to take antidiabetic drugs if your blood sugar levels are very high like more than 250. Take diabetic diet according to diabetic diet chart and do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily in morning or evening. Reduce your weight atleast 5 kg. All these will help controlling blood sugar.
