Sry to say but ayurveda ll not help in hiatus hernia. Treatment is surgery if size is more than 2 cm with worsening symptoms.

hernia is swelling in the groin region due to weakness in abdominal wall musculature. swelling usually appears on standing, walking and exercise and disappear on lying down.
surgery is the only treatment. medicine don't work.

If you are not getting relieved from medication, then option is Nissan's Fundoplication. But before that, why do not you try a physiological method. Raise the head end of your bed by 3 inches by placing wooden blocks. Gravity will help to push the acid down from stomach.
