Diabetes symptoms vary from person to person mainly they are excessive thirst hunger frequent urination weakness and loss of libido to some extent you have yo take care of your diet don't eat direct refined sugars sweets bakery products and refined carbohydrates exercise daily for atleast one hour and keep a busy active lifestyle.

If you have a strong family history of diabetes then you must avoid fast food, fatty food take food which are rich in fe zinc and calcium, take proper sleep, avoid last night sleep avoid smoking and taking alcohol.

Diabetes in very initial stage is asymptomatic.
One can prevent the diabetes by keeping his weight in proper range and daily exercise.

Chances are higher to develop diabetes if you have family history of diabetes. No treatment for emphysema only treatment to control symptoms.

The sugar levels mentioned show that it is impaired glucose tolerance (igt), is a prediabetic state. When fasting crosses above 126 mg and pp above 200 mg then it is diagnosed as diabetes. If you take certain precautions like - exercise daily for more than 1 h, maintain weight near normal, avoid deep fried foods, sweets and also smoking and alcohol. There is every possibility of remaining free from diabetes.
