Diabetes is a vascular cum metabolic diseases of carbohydrate fat and protein and due to decreases action or secretion of insulin. Type 1 is insulin dependent usually in children and type 2 is non-insulin dependent and occurs. In adults. All fruits you can eat except mango chequu, banana. Leechi, grapes. And no juice.

there are possibility of getting diabetes even though you do not have family history of diabetes
do regular exercise/walking atleast 30-45 minutes daily, keep your weight under control, waist size should not go more than 36 inches, do not eat only carbohydrate diet, mix vegetables and fruits to your diet menu

Symptoms are increased urination, increased thirst, hunger, weakness, tiredness, weight loss etc. For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Follow a stress free life. Medicine will depend upon blood sugar report.
