Dear lybrate-user
definitely there is vitamin b12 deficiency which leads to all these test findings. It's called megaloblastic anemia and pancytooenia
it's a completely curable condition. No need being tensed. Curable with vitamin b12 supplements. But before that what about her dietary habits, veg or non veg, about the mcv parameter in blood results. It will be really helpful for me if you could share the blood.

Beplex forte is a multivitamin. It contains vit c plus other b vitamins too. If you are specifically interested to increase vit b12 level - take nurokind od (or any tablet having composition - methylcobalamine 1500 mg)- 1 tab daily. Preferably avoid antacids. Take the tablet for 1 month and get yourself tested. You also need to consume animal foods like fish / meat which are rich sources of vit b12.

Always do the test in the same reliable lab. Well controlled hypothyroidism should have a value of 2.5 miu/l.the fasting levels willalways be higher. What I suggest is 50 mcg of thyronorm daily and take a fasting sample always. Donot stop thyronorm optimum dose during pregnancy. You will have normothyroid cute baby.
