Please lybrate-user you are young but your weight is high. So first do life style modification. 1.control your weight avoid ghee, butter,oil etc

eat huge amount of salad
green vegetables and fruits.
Eat slowly chew well.
Decrease no of rotis and use missi roti. Take three small meals and fruits in between meal. Do three month.
Simultaneosly for 10 days take cap. Betacap tr 40 twice daily after breakfast and dinne.

Worrying too much about your work or the tasks that need to be done promptly primarily causes stress and fatigue in the workplace. Developing pressure from the top management also contributes a lot in our stress and fatigue.
First of all develop a balance between work and personal life. Have some me time- enjoy what you love doing, develop hobby, listen to Music. And practice humour in Life, do not take life and work so seriously that you miss the fun of it.
