Hi. I am suffering from depression since a very very long time. I get stresses for no reason sometimes. My parents keep fighting most of the time. Since my childhood I have seen their fights where my dad use to sometimes cross his limits n hit. I have seen all this things since childhood BT was helpless. BT as I grew older even their normal argument stresses me a lot where I can not think straight. I feel as if my dad will hit my mom. Every single day when I am out for work I always pray that everything should be absolutely fine n peaceful at home. I love my mom more then anyone n anything in this world n I always get scared about anything happening wrong with her. Now a days after I take a nap in afternoon I get stressed out for no valid reason. There us always stress built up on my mind sometimes even without a reason. I always think as if I am good for nothing. N sometimes I even cry which makes me a lil relaxed. At work I am stressed abt work. While coming home I am stressed abt how's every thing at home. Till date. If my dad is angry he tries to hit us. BT we somehow manage to stop him. He does not drink or smoke. BT he is short tempered. I have told him many times to improve. BT he never listens. I even get stressed abt my parents health. Even if someone has normal cold I get stresses. N ya one more thing. I tend to forget things a lot. Things which r done few mins ago. I always keep forgetting coz of which things r affecting my job. please help.
