First of all clean gut. Take light food, satvic in nature. Highly antioxidant and'smritivardhak' i. E. Memory enhancers like amla, brahmi, jatamansi. Do pranayam and meditation. Take 5-6 almonds soaked overnight in the morning. Without peeling.
