Please note that you need to practice meditation daily in the morning and or night before going to bed

take a short break and go outside take some fresh air and again sit and continue your work.
Sitting at a stretch for long hours will cause problem in future for sure.

Dear , our body has two autonomic nervous system.
1. Parasympathetic (rest and digest)
2. Sympathetic (fight or flight)
during stress, sympathetic system gets activated which turns off digestion. If stress turns into chronic stress. (this is when you are heading into health problems).
