Etilaam pro contains etizolam and propranolol, which act on the symptoms of anxiety (mild) and do not modify the cause of panic attacks, which is serotnergic imbalance in the mind (brain). So ideal treatment based on the frequency of panic attacks would be a course of ssris if they are very frequent. If they occur once in 3-6 month or so, clonazepam is ideal choice. Good luck.

People who inherit one sickle cell gene and one normal gene have sickle cell trait (sct). Avoid very strenuous exercise – people with sickle cell disease should be active, but intense activities that cause you to become seriously out of breath are best avoided. Infarct in people with sct most often occurs at high altitudes (greater than 1100 meters or 3600 feet above sea level). Medical help should be with you to meet exigencies. Or try if you can, patients in west africa where sickle cell anemi...more

Always take medications as prescribed by your doctor. Do not adjust the dosage or frequency without consulting them, follow their instructions on when and how to take it during a panic attack. It's important to discuss with your doctor how long you should use these medications and whether there are plans for tapering off.
Medications can be a helpful part of treatment, but they are often more effective when combined with therapy, can provide strategies for managing and preventing panic attac...more

Clonazepam 5 mg bd is a dangerously high dose. Please consult a psychiatrist asap to taper medication. Fatty liver is caused by diet and lifestyle causes and not by these medications.

It's important to address both your anxiety and the newly detected fatty liver with care. Regarding the relationship between your medications and fatty liver:

Medication and Liver Health: The medications you are taking – Clonil (which typically contains clomipramine), fluvoxamine, and clonazepam – are commonly used to treat anxiety and its related disorders. While these medications can have various side effects, a direct causation of fatty liver is not typically prominent among them. Ho...more

For the tremor in your behind, it must be investigated since you have spondylitis, and may have nothing to do with your anxiety/depression. It seems that you overcame your depression for the doctor to take you off of the medication but the anxiety prevailed or has returned. That also means that your recovery has good potential. I suggest that you combine your medication along with therapy from a counselor. This combination will enable you to learn about your emotions and develop tools in the bar...more

It is not safe to take clonafit beta for this long, there is high probability that you will get dependent over it. It would be in your best interest if you discuss with your psychiatrist to consider tapering it to half after a week and stopping completely after another week. Fludac is absolutely safe to take in long term, even for years together. So, you should continue fludac without any doubt.
Regards.
