all multivitamins are available otc without prescription.
I assume you tested for vitamin b12 and vitamin d.
If your levels were found low, you can either go for capsule form or opt for injection route.
Vitamin d in particular is better if taken via injection as vitamin d capsules tend to cause side effects.
Vitamin b12 capsules, however, is easy on the stomach. You can opt for neurobion forte.

Yes you can take it. There is very less quantity of vitamin d3 in shell cal tablet just to supplement calcium absorption and function but not for curing vit d deficiency. If you are taking more than 2 times a day a slight modification in the dose could be done.

Dear lybrate-user, at your age you should be eating 3 large meals viz breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Vitamin b12 is best obtained from animal sources. So if you are vegetarian, must consume dairy products like ghee, curd.
You must increase your time in sunlight exposure. Get vitamin d injection once in a month instead of taking capsules.
Finish dinner by 8 pm as our digestive system is slightly weaker as night approaches.
Avoid packed food such as noodles, pasta, rusk.
