Yes there are concerns regarding your report as your triglycerides and total cholesterol levels are spiking high. I would like to know details of the other risk factors associated by a one on one consult over text or video. Have you given your empty stomach? If not than these values are concerning as high cholesterol and triglycerides increases the risk of deposition in various arteries of heart, aorta, kidneys etc. These could decrease your life expectancy and cause early death.

Dear lybrate-user,
all multivitamins are available otc without prescription.
I assume you tested for vitamin b12 and vitamin d.
If your levels were found low, you can either go for capsule form or opt for injection route.
Vitamin d in particular is better if taken via injection as vitamin d capsules tend to cause side effects.
Vitamin b12 capsules, however, is easy on the stomach. You can opt for neurobion forte.
Important thing to remember, vitamin b12 and d are fat solu...more

Hello Mr. lybrate-user,
an increase in aso titer indicates a recent streptococcal infection. Streptococcus is a bacteria that cause several conditions in the body, the commonest being sore throat. To understand your result better, I would like to know if you are currently suffering from any symptoms like sore throat, fever, joint pains, etc. To give a general idea, a declining aso level can be a good sign which indicates you are getting better. In contrast, increasing levels, along with othe...more
