Tips- avoid pickles and papads and junk food items and Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months and do basic exercise regularly

You need to undergo MRI and CT spine scoliosis protocol. Then you will need a neuro or a spine surgeon with experience in deformity correction to evaluate your back. And plan the necessary treatment. It could be conservative management i.e. Exercises and physiotherapy or surgical correction of the deformity.
