I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A hiatal hernia can also put undue pressure on your stomach, by squeezing or twisting it. This pressure can make your stomach retain acid, which can then flow up into your esophagus. You could develop chest pain, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and/or heartburn, and have trouble swallowing or even breathing.

It's rare for a hiatus hernia to cause complications, but long-term damage to the oesophagus caused by leaking stomach acid can lead to ulcers, scarring and changes to the cells of the oesophagus, which can increase your risk of oesophageal cancer.

Hello lybrate-user, you are probably suffering form right inguinal lymphadenitis. The medicines you are taking are god enough to give you relief. Only thing is some more time for the antibiotic to work on your body. 2 days is really very little time to get a result. Hope this will be helpful.

Hello sir,
it is a normal phenomenon of the body which lets the scrotum shrink and draw testes upwards when it is too cold outside. As the testes require 2 degree less temperature from the body for spermatogenesis, they hang below and away from the body, dartos muscles helps in regulating the temperature around the testicles. There is nothing fearful in the size of penis. It will erect normally on arousal with normal blood flow in the penis.

Dear sir
the symptoms are common with your medication. However, please speak to your treating physician about whether a reduction of the dose can be done in your case so that the side effects may be lesser.

Their could be an involvement of nerve supplying to that part of thigh so it would be better if you consult an orthopedic surgeon. He would examine the thigh & would suggest you the best possible line of treatment.
