Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
• Avoid bending in front.
• Neck Exercises.
• Neck Stretching.
• Postural Correction.
• Shoulder Shrugs.
• Take frequent Breaks at work.
• Core Strengthening Exercises.
• Use cervical pillow.
• Use Back Support.
• Self Massage the back of neck.

For starters, bed rest can help relieve your pain and take the extra stress off of your spine and back. Grade 1 and 2 can be managed conservatively, while grade 3 and 4 require surgical intervention. you may need to discuss your complete medical history and your current health status so that right and effective medical consultation can be provided.
