Khane me hari sabjiya jyada lijiye. Ek phal roj khaiye. Roj kam se kam 30 mins exercise kijiye. Thode dino me aaram milega.

you probably have submucosal fibrosis. No medicine will cure it unless you give up chewing tobacco.
Please also realize that this is a precancerous condition and you are putting yourself at grave risk.

Surely they must have suggested something. Typically these ulcers could be due to low immunity. If no cause has been found, please also check blood sugar, and vitamin b12 levels. Take high protein diet.
